Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data owez.in ("the site", "we", "I") collects, why, and what rights you have over it. The short version: I collect the minimum needed to run the site and respond to inquiries, and I never sell your data.
What data is collected
- Contact form data — name, email address, project type, and your message. Submitted voluntarily when you contact me.
- Analytics data — anonymized usage data (pages visited, referral source, device type, approximate location) collected only after you accept cookies.
- Technical data — IP addresses are processed transiently for spam prevention and rate limiting on the contact form; they are not stored long-term.
How data is used
- To reply to your project inquiries (contact form data is delivered to my inbox via Resend, an email delivery service).
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site (analytics).
- To prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting, honeypot fields, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification).
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage analytics, loaded only after cookie consent. Google's privacy policy.
- Resend — processes contact form emails. Resend's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the contact form. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Vercel — site hosting; standard server logs may include IP addresses. Vercel's privacy policy.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" on the consent banner. Declining keeps the site fully functional. Full details are in the cookie policy.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Request a copy of the personal data held about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw analytics consent at any time (clear your cookies, or decline on the banner)
- Object to or restrict processing of your data

Data retention
Contact form emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings (14 months). You may request deletion of your correspondence at any time.
