Both. One-off projects are great for testing the fit; most clients move to monthly retainers for priority turnaround and consistent output. Retainers can flex up or down with 2 weeks’ notice.

One-off projects: 50% to book, 50% on delivery. Retainers: billed at the start of each month. International payments via Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer; Indian clients via UPI or bank transfer.

Short-form edits and thumbnails: typically 48–72 hours. Long-form videos: 3–5 days. Websites: 1–4 weeks depending on scope. Retainer clients get priority queues.

Every deliverable includes two structured revision rounds. "Structured" means you send consolidated feedback, and I turn it around fast, usually within 24 hours. Additional rounds are available but rarely needed.
